Pssghetti's Homemade Italian Restaurant was born in Blowing Rock, NC, in May 2005, as a realization of
the vision and passion of our owners, Frank and Anne Mongelluzzi. Their commitment to authentic Italian
cuisine is evident throughout our menu as well the sincere desire to serve and please the entire
family. The recipes are traditional "Old World" using the finest imported products from Italy. Our pssghetti
is made fresh daily in our "Macaroni Room," as well as our classic "Sunday Gravy" which is also called
Sauce. Now, Dear Guests relax and enjoy an "Old Country" dining experience in our modern setting. For
your convenience, on future visits we will pick you up if you live with in the Blowing Rock or Huntersville
area in our "pssghetti's" van and drive you back after your dining experience so that you may have a truly memorable and safe evening.

Our complete menu is available for take out. On those nights when your busy schedule does not allow time to prepare dinner at home, just call in your order and it will be ready when you arrive.
